What is a "Quick Fix"?

The "Quick Fix" is our way of saying "we've got this."

The average marketing technology issue takes between 2 and 4 hours to resolve. We place emphasis on resolution of immediate concerns as well as tracking of recommended next steps across any observed front- or back-end area of the customer journey.

We include time and space to ensure we're on the same page before getting started.

We document what is needed, what will change, and what is expected after changes are in place.

We provide hands-on assistance and/or guidance in deployment and monitoring.

When a request falls short of the average in scoping, its bundled together with others or pro-rated.

When a project requires far more than the average request, it is broken into several steps and tracked as a Quick Fix series.
